Fasting is one of worship in the religion of Islam, and several other religious do fasting where fasting it means refraining from food, drink, and a bad thing. Many people felt, the fasting is something to hard, we should refraining during ±12 hours. Besides, fasting  to have many benefits for soul, health and life. Many studies have shown that fasting is one effective way to improve human health and to make a longer lifespan. Reduction of unhealthy food intake during fasting is one of the reasons. Many people believe and not believe it. But I agree for it.
When we are fasting, we will feel peace of mind. It make the mind healthy and can lowers adrenaline. When angry increase the amount of adrenaline by 20-30 fold, it may result in increased risk of vascular disease, heart and brain as coronary heart disease, stroke and others. Felt peace can we make easier to smile, and change your mood for better, if you smile even will add your happiness, just not you but even around. Fasting is a commitment that we will learn to be honest with yourself. Someone who is do fasting, it will try to provide the best and avoid the prohibition of God, because it is connection with yourself and God. In addition, it learn to be patient and do something with sincerity.
Nowdays, many people to doing less good habits such as smoking or eat to fast food, sugar, oil, greasy food. As known, smoke is not good for health and body. Therefore, when the body is fasting then such practices can be stopped so that the body becomes healthier. There are a lot advantage of fasting for health, which cleans the intestines, improving digestion, cleansing the body from the remains of food and sediment, reduce obesity and excess fat in the abdomen.
It can reduce blood sugar levels, cholesterol and controlling blood pressure. That is why fasting is highly recommended for the treatment of those suffering from diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity and high blood pressure. Under certain conditions, a patient is even permissible to fast, except those with severe pain who have severe diabetes, coronary heart disease and kidney stones.
For life, fasting training for share us and care for others. In addtion, when we fasting, so we will no eat, no drink. We learn can foster a sense of sympathy and empathy for others during this shortage. Lucky person, who had been eating 3-4 times a day can feel the suffering of some people who are less able to normal only eat 1-2 times a day and sometimes not eat. So,expected to arise feelings and desire to help the less fortunate.
From main points above, we can see that there are many advantages from fasting. Although, it’s to hard but this comparable to the benefits. We can have benefits, if we really do fasting appropriate with direction, because there are some people do not feel the benefit, cause not according to direction. So, do not imitate the bad, but imitate good and don’t forget to smile and happiness, enjoy the benefits of a smile while you can! Yes, a smile is a gift that needs to be exploited as best as possible, you can be happy with yourself and others. :)..

  3. I agree with you. When we are fasting, we will feel peace of mind (and help me to diet, hehe). Btw, I just want to tell you about the highlight color, more better each paragraph should be given a different highlight color, and at the conclusion, give the reason or benefit from fasting, not just say "there are many advantages from fasting", and give highlight color to. Thanks ^^
