In this modern days a lot of criminal action outside of human mind. In Indonesia sexual criminal act starting to peek and often criminal victims are young children. Really horrible and unhumane, criminal acts these days ending their action by killing the victim after they rape them. This rampant incident in Indonesia that consume children and woman making Indonesian Government establish a new law sexual criminal performer. That law is Emasculation. Emasculation is cutting both testicles , and the basic understanding of Emasculation is just cutting of testicles. Emasculation intending to get rid of lust and make them sterile. But in my view if the government establish this Physical Emasculating law are not right, because this law is a violation of Human rights, and will not ensure the criminal performer won’t do criminals anymore, and again there’s still a lot of way other than physical Emasculation.

Emasculation in my view also violate of the human rights, emasculation have 2 ways and 1 of them is Physical. This Physical emasculation is the method that cut both testicles. After they cut the testicles and discarded by operation, then the rest will be tied and sewed. With this Physical Emasculation method will cause of losing sex drive, this method will also causing barren(sterile). Emasculated will make someone lost what they already have as a human, and will cause someone to permanently lost a chance to breed.

If the government prosecution of sexual criminal with physical emasculation method is not the right choice, because it won’t ensure the criminal performer to do another criminal act. Since the performer could do another criminal act after being released. And could use another body part that judged to be harassing. Because these days we still don’t know will will make the criminals wary and never do another sexual criminals.

There’s still another way to punish sexual criminals. The government have to look at the principal of our people and decide wisely. because in religion point of view, this is not appropriate to do. Maybe the government can deliberate another appropriate punishment besides emasculation to the sexual criminals.

For that purpose we must rethink and thinking what’s more appropriate for this sexual criminals. Because if we choose to emasculate these criminals it’s same like we violate the human rights just like what these criminals do, and it won’t ensure the performer will never do criminals anymore, and there’s a lot of way other than physical emasculation. My expectation that the government can wisely make another law, that more precise and more appropriate to principal of Indonesia people that exist.
